Frank Hamlin McNeal, Jr., 69, of Savannah, died on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. Frank was born on October 17, 1952, to Jane Bulcken King and Frank Hamlin McNeal at Telfair Hospital in Savannah. He graduated from The Country Day School, and attended The University of Virginia. He was a master carpenter and refurbished many homes in the Historic District as well as homes and buildings in other areas of the city. He was a member of Christ Church Anglican for 37 years, serving as vestry Senior warden twice. Michael Hugh Graham was born June 25th, 1942 in Fayetteville, NC where he spent his youth.

Kevin was an extremely hard worker and very talented. He was known as one of the best roofers in the Savannah area. Kevin was a very proud big brother to Chris, Justin, Garrett, and Morgan.
